Our initial impressions were that couples must be willing to make these sacrifices in order to have a long and fulfilling relationship with their spouse. In our discussion on pre-marital sex we both agreed that it was fine as long as it was done responsibly, meaning with the use of contraceptives. We stressed contraceptives because we felt that it was important not only to protect against pregnancy but as well as sexually transmitted diseases. We did however experience one conflict. Laura felt that love and serious committment should play a major role in whether or not a couple should have sex prior to marriage. I on the other hand was a little "looser" on the subject. I felt that it should mean something but that there was too much emphazes being placed on serious committment. On the subject of contraception anf family planning we had no disagreements. We felt that before having children we must first be able to establish ourselves financially. So once our respective careers were settled upon we could then plan when we would have children. However, until we did decide to have children we agreed that contraception would be used. The discussion we had on which topics which couples should agree upon was filled with lots of disagreements. We agreed that couples should agree on topics such as issues concerning the children, and major career decisions. We began to disagree on the issues of finances and the distribution of housework. I felt that I should handle all the money as well as do my share of the housework. Laura however, felt that she should be in charge of the money and that I should do all the housework. In the end we weren't able to settle on anything but we realized that it was important for married couple to agree on these topics because they are major decisions that affect both equally. The time we spent together was on our lunches and we discussed different aspects for marriage. We realized that couples who were willing to comprimize on important issues were the couple that would be sucessful. The ones that didn't discuss the various problems which concerned them could never have lasting relationships. This is why we felt that marriage preparation courses are so important. People should not get involved in something as important a marriage without knowing what to expect of their partner and of what is expected of them.

As Johnecheck (2010) points out, the COOL rule clearly states that the labeling has to be specific and accurate. Demius had become Pharaoh when he was only twelve years old. His father Manelik and mother Consuela were the first ever rulers over Egypt. For years the nation had gone without a leader, each person was self-reliant and had no one to watch over them. When the people realized it was time to change they searched far and wide among the people of the Nile valley to find someone who was worthy to rule over them. It took them many months to find the perfect man, Manelik, who already had a wife. He was the most respected, honest and caring man in all the region and the people felt he was a prime ruler for them. Manelik and Consuela could not have children but they wanted one so badly. When the people saw what an excellent Pharaoh Manelik was, they entreated Min, the god of fertility who gave them only one child and by that time they were already over sixty years old. When Manelik’s parents died the people immediately declared that he would be heir to the throne at only twelve years old. A wise man in Egypt always used to say â€Å"love, just like wine, can blind the eyes and numb the mind.† And this is exactly what happened to Demius. As Demius got old he became more and more lonely and really desired a wife. Every week he would hold a gala and invite all the citizens of the Nile valley to enjoy the festivities. But what they did not know was that he was using this as an opportunity to seek out the perfect bride. And then he saw her. One night, dressed elegantly in lace as blue as the sky, with a face as lovely as a lily, a smile as bright as the sunshine and a beauty he had never before imagined.   He enquired about her and found out that she had a magnificent singing voice and if there was anything she loved more than singing it was dancing. Oh she was his dream come true. Unfortunately, she was engaged to be married to Anaki, said to be the best dancer throughout all the Nile Valley. Determined that he could win her over he ceaselessly tried to pursue her until she relented, under one condition. At his next party Anaki and Demius could compete for her hand in a dance. They each had to dance with her and the best dancer would be her husband. Knowing full well he could never beat Anaki at dancing, because he had seen him dance and he was, indeed, the best, Demius thought of a way he could win the competition. Demius was very good friends with the gods, and he remembered the story of how when his parents wanted a child the gods had come to their rescue. So he summoned Artemis, the goddess of nature, explained his situation to her and asked her to come to make Demius unable to dance. Artemis told him to go to the gala and she would take care of everything. On the night of the dance Demius dressed in his finest apparel and entered the dancing room. When the time came for the dance and he could not find Anaki he was very pleased, knowing that Artemis had helped him. That night he danced with Gattin and, since Demius did not show up, he was declared to be the winner and she kept her vow and promised to marry him. In the night when Demius went to bed he was elated because he had finally found his bride. But as he went to lie in bed he saw this creature with no hands, and no legs, curled up in his bed. It was Anaki, Artemis had taken away his hands and legs so that he could no longer dance. But Artemis had also made a deal with Anaki. You see she was secretly in love with Demius, but he was not interested in her, and paid her no mind. She did not want him to marry another. Though she could not go back on her word to Demius she bottled up all of Anaki’s anger and turned it into poison and placed it in his tongue. That night Demius was bitten by Anaki, who became known as Snake, because he could not speak properly with the poison on his tongue. Demius may have won the dance, but he died without getting his bride. The people of the Nile, when they learnt of Demius’ evil tricks, hated him so much that they did not bury his body but built a tomb around his palace instead so that he would stand out as a reminder forever, of the wicked effects of envy.

La visa E2 tampoco ofrece un camino directo hacia la residencia legal permanente ni la ciudadanà ­a americana. 2. Se trata de convertirse en propietario de un negocio. El negocio se puede crear partiendo de cero o tambià ©n es posible comprar un negocio ya existente. Incluso es posible utilizar estas visas para enviar a trabajar a empleados de una empresa a una subsidiaria de la misma en Estados Unidos. Lo que no se permite es aplicar por la E-2 para gestionar un negocio que se ha heredado en Estados Unidos. El negocio sà ­ puede ser una franquicia. Estas son las consideras como las 10 mejores franquicias en el paà ­s. 3. El negocio debe ser real y activo. Debe producir un bien o un servicio. Ademà ¡s, debe contar con todos los permisos y licencias necesarios para operar. No puede tratarse de una organizacià ³n sin fines de lucro. En este punto es muy importante entender que una inversià ³n inmobiliaria por sà ­ misma no es suficiente para poder solicitar u obtener la visa E-2. Es necesario que se trate de un negocio inmobiliario. 4. Tamaà ±o del negocio. La ley guarda silencio en este punto y no exige un tamaà ±o mà ­nimo. Sin embargo, sà ­ es estrictamente necesario que genere beneficios que van mà ¡s allà ¡ de meramente cubrir los gastos y necesidades del inversor y su familia. Es mà ¡s, se pide que se produzca lo que se denomina una contribucià ³n importante a la economà ­a. Este requisito se suele considerar como cumplido cuando el negocio genera empleo contratando a ciudadanos americanos. En la presentacià ³n de la documentacià ³n para solicitar la visa habrà ¡ que presentar un plan de negocio a cinco aà ±os en el que se contemple el nà ºmero de puestos de trabajo que se van a crear. Por lo tanto, es muy importante que la empresa sea exitosa. Por ello conviene conocer cuà ¡les son los estados en los que es mà ¡s fà ¡cil hacer negocios  y cuà ¡les son los mà ¡s dificultosos. 5. Cantidad a invertir. La ley no establece una cantidad mà ­nima pero habla de que tiene que ser substancial, que puede variar segà ºn el tipo de negocio. Infà ³rmese sobre el significado de este requisito de cantidad. 6. Paà ­ses de los que debe ser nacional el inversor. Estos son los paà ­ses de habla hispana cuyos nacionales pueden aplicar a esta visa: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Espaà ±a, Honduras, Mà ©xico, Panamà ¡ y Paraguay. Puede tambià ©n  verificar el listado de todos los paà ­ses, cà ³mo afecta la doble nacionalidad y obtener mà ¡s informacià ³n sobre el monto de la inversià ³n. 7.  Origen del dinero de la inversià ³n. Obviamente, debe ser legal. Ademà ¡s, debe pertenecer al inversionista (ahorros, herencias, inversiones) o incluso pueden llegar a admitirse prà ©stamos. 8. Familia del inversionista. El esposo, la esposa y los hijos menores de 21 aà ±os de los inversionistas pueden contar con una visa derivada para vivir en Estados Unidos. El cà ³nyuge podrà ¡ solicitar, una vez en Estados Unidos, un permiso de trabajo que le permitirà ¡ trabajar para otra empresa, para la de su pareja o incluso crear su propio negocio. Los hijos solo podrà ¡n gozar de esta visa hasta los 21 aà ±os, a partir de esa edad tendrà ¡n que salir del paà ­s o contar con otro visado que les permita permanecer en Estados Unidos. Por su edad probablemente està ¡n en edad escolar. Es muy importante familiarizarse con el sistema educativo cuanto antes. 9. Es una visa posible pero complicada. Es altamente recomendable contactar con un bufete de abogados especialistas en este tipo de casos antes de hacer cualquier inversià ³n en Estados Unidos con intencià ³n de conseguir esta visa. El abogado debe, como mà ­nimo, ofrecer servicio de anà ¡lisis del negocio y si puede calificar para obtener la aprobacià ³n de las autoridades de inmigracià ³n. Tambià ©n debe completar toda la documentacià ³n, colaborar en la preparacià ³n de la entrevista que se va a llevar a cabo en el consulado correspondiente, y resolver todas las dudas del potencial inversor referentes a inmigracià ³n. El abogado debe ser el punto de contacto con las oficinas del gobierno para resolver los problemas que puedan surgir durante el proceso. Si es posible, el interesado debe contactar a mà ¡s de un profesional y comparar servicios y reputacià ³n en esta clase de casos, que son muy especà ­ficos. 10. Diferencias con la visa EB-5.  Ambas son visas para inversionistas, pero la E-2 es de no inmigrante mientras que la EB-5 da derecho a obtener una tarjeta de residencia. Ademà ¡s, hay una gran diferencia en los requisitos de la cantidad de inversià ³n entre una y otra.
